Our Team


Our management team includes eight individuals whose combined backgrounds represent over 80 years of professional experience in the janitorial industry.

  Steve Shuchat, President and shareholder of the company. Steve has worked full-time for Clean All Services since 1993, and has been President since 1999. He has a bachelor's degree in business from Ohio University. In addition, he has received a CBSE (Certified Building Service Executive) designation from the Building Service Contractors Association International. Under Steve's leadership, Clean All Services has sustained 8-12% annual growth rate. Steve is also active in both industry and local charitable organizations.
  Gary Gibson, Vice President of Customer Support. Gary has been with Clean All Services since 2000. He has been instrumental in the sales growth. He has an extensive background in all aspects of sales and marketing management. Gary has a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University in education and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Ohio University. Gary is certified in Confined Space Cleaning.
  Nicole Paul, Controller - Nicole joined Clean All Services in June 2014 as our Accounting Manager. In June 2016 she accepted a promotion as Controller. She recieved her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from UNOH in 2012. Nicole has 11 years experience in Accounting and Office Managment.

Sarah Wesbecher, Human Resource Manager. Sarah has been with Clean All Services since 2008. Sarah worked in our purchasing and HR departments until her promotion in 2011. Prior to Clean All Services, Sarah was involved in areas of customer service and purchasing for ten years. Sarah has a Certification in Human Resources.


Michelle Freeman, Business Developement Manager. Michelle joined Clean All Services in July 2008, she served as a floater until her promotion in 2010 to Supervisor where she continued to grow and gain experience in the field until 2012. Michelle was promoted to North Operations Manager in 2012 and continued in this position until 2015 . Michelle has over 8 years experience in the janitorial industry.

  Brad Madewell, General Manager. Brad joined Clean All Services in April 2017 as our General Manager. He is a graduate of Sinclair Community College and a Dayton Native. Brad brings 17 years of Customer Service, Training and Operational Management experience to his position. Brad oversees Human Resources, Sales & Daily Operations.

  Gary & Dee Shuchat, Founders and current shareholders. Gary and Dee started Clean All Services in 1984 and grew the business until their retirement in 1999. Gary also has a CBSE designation. Both Gary and Dee were very involved in many activities in the community before their retirement.



Kim Yoxtheimer, Payroll Coordinator - Kim joined Clean All Services in January 2016 as our Payroll Coordinator. Kim brings 21 years of Office Managment, Sales and Customer Service experience to her position. Kim attended Rhodes State and Edison State Community College for Business Managment.

Natalie Compton, Office Coordinator- Natalie joined Clean All Services in Septmber 2016. She recieved her Associates Degree in Accounting from Sinclair Community College. Natalie has 7 years experience in Customer Service and Accounting.

Stephanie Gray, Customer Service Representative - Stephanie joined Clean All Services in February 2014. Stephanie is our Customer Relations Specialist, she comunicates daily with our Customers to make sure all needs and requests are being met by Clean All Services. She makes visits to our Customers on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
